- Pulling stats from previous year for handicap for week 1
- Playing off of current stats after week 1

- If a player from Team A doesn’t have a handicap, then the player from Team B with the highest handicap will have theirs wiped out

Weekly Kitty: One time $90 fee for sanction fee otherwise just paying quarters to play the games
Sanctioning For: SVI/MOMA ($5 PER PLAYER/32 GAMES), WAMO ($5 PER PLAYER/ 9 WEEKS), WSPA ($15 PER PLAYER/ 4 WEEKS), BCA ($20 PER PLAYER/4 WEEKS) = $45.00 per player
