Merchandise returns will be honored with a receipt and within 30 days of purchase. Cue returns will be honored if the cue has not been chalked. Your return will be made via the method of original payment. Check transactions take 10 days to clear. If the transaction is not 10 days old, a refund check will be sent to you after original payment clears.
