Do you offer financing?
Yes, Stansfield's Game Room Store offers 6 months No Interest No Payments every day of the year. Occasionally we offer even better promotions. Contact us to see what promotions we are offering currently.

Do you offer free delivery and setup?
Pool tables are free delivery and setup. Some non-pool table products can be subject to delivery charges.

What is your return policy?
Merchandise returns will be honored with a receipt and within 30 days of purchase. Cue returns will be honored if the cue has not been chalked. Your return will be made via the method of original payment. Check transactions take 10 days to clear. If the transaction is not 10 days old, a refund check will be sent to you after original payment clears. Our NSF fee is $30.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Check, and Credit Card; and we offer financing.

Do you offer layaway?
Yes, we ask for 50% down and the remaining balance when the item is picked up or delivered.

Do you offer gift certificates?
We offer gift cards for any amount you need.

Pool Table Questions

Do you recover and service pool tables?
Yes! We will recover and service all name brand slate tables. We also can replace rubber cushions and get replacement pockets. Click here for our pool table and equipment service flyer (PDF).

What color cloths are available?
We have 30+ colors to choose from in various qualities, including Titan, Simonis and Accu-guard—to name a few. Check out the actual swatches in-store.

What size room do I need to have a pool table?
Click on this link to see pool table size charts (PDF). You can also design your own gameroom layout online!

Do you service pool cues?
Yes, we will re-tip and clean any make of pool cue. Turnaround time is normally four business days.

Do you sell used pool tables?
Yes, we sell reconditioned Valley pool tables. Our inventory consists of used coin operated tables that we recover and inspect for home use. The coin mechanisms are removed prior to sale.

Can I move a pool table myself?
You can...but you shouldn't. Most home tables need to be disassembled before moving. Improperly disassembling a pool table could interrupt the slate seams and possible damage the table components. Stansfield's Game Room Store has been moving pool tables for over 50 years—trust us, we're the experts. Contact us for all of your pool table service needs.

Do you offer free delivery and setup?
Yes. There is no charge to deliver and set up any pool table we sell.

What type of warranty do your pool tables have?
Most of our home tables come with a LIFETIME warranty. Olhausen and Brunswick pride themselves on standing behind their product.

What is the appropriate cue length for my child’s height?
For children from 5–5 3/4 feet tall, use a 52" cue.
For children from 4 3/4–5 feet tall, use a 48" cue.
For children from 4–4 3/4 feet tall, use a 42" cue.
For children under 4 feet tall, use a 36" cue.

Game Table Questions

What types of games do you sell besides pool tables?
We sell all types of game tables. We have foosball, dome hockey, air hockey, shuffleboard and tons of video games.

Do you carry poker tables?
We carry a few styles of poker tables. We stock basic texas hold em' folding tables all the way up to custom furniture quality tables. Please stop in and check out our selection.

What's the difference in your game tables compared to the big box stores?
The game tables we carry are pieces we've seen and played ourselves, and feel the quality is best suited for the home. We do not carry games that are not going to be functional for years or that require replacement versus service. We pride ourselves on the quality and selection we provide.

We do this on a case by case basis. Some equipment we have access to parts and have knowledge to fix. Please contact us for details on your equipment.

How often do I need to replace pool balls?
Depending on the quality of pool ball some should last a lifetime. Please contact us for information on the type of pool balls available for your table.
